Rooted in these moments
I’m originally from a small town in central Illinois, with stops in Chicago and Dallas before falling in love with life here in Lago Vista. There’s something about this little town and its community that just feels like home.
I married my high school sweetheart, Noah, and together we’re raising our two boys, Paxton & Reece (along with our rescued cat Otis), in a home that’s a little loud, chaotic, endlessly full of love, and the heart behind everything I create.
Becoming a mom is what changed everything for me. It made me realize just how quickly it all moves—the way they outgrow things almost overnight, how their favorite toy or favorite pair of shoes changes without you even noticing, how one day they fit perfectly in your arms and the next they don’t quite the same way.
It’s the way they look at you—with eyes full of wonder, joy, and so much love. Those are the moments I never want to forget, and the reason I see photography the way I do now.
I’m always looking for the magic in the everyday—the laughter, the movement, the quiet in-between moments that might seem small now, but mean everything later. I believe all moments—big or small, messy or calm, romantic or chaotic—deserve to be frozen in time just as they are.
I want you to look back at your photos and feel it all—not just remember showing up and posing, but remember the fun, the goofy, the real you. Because those are the moments that feel like home, the ones that feel like you, exactly as you are right now.

The small things that make me, me

I'm a Veterinary Technician
I’ve worked with all kinds of animals across different specialties in three major cities, I especially loved surgery and ICU—there’s something so meaningful about being there in those critical moments.
I’ve always known I wanted to work with animals. Caring for them has always been such a big part of my life, even as life has shifted, that part of me hasn’t gone anywhere. It’s shaped the way I see, the way I notice, the way I hold space.
It’s always been in my nature to care deeply—the kind of care that shows up quietly, but loves loudly, without hesitation. In the way I make space, pay attention, and hold onto what matters.
I love to bake
I love baking all the sweet treats, but recently I was finally trusted with our old family banana bread recipe—and it truly is the best. (And no, I can’t share it… it only took me 28 years to earn that honor!)
found out i love to garden
I’ve always had a bit of a black thumb, but lately I’ve been determined to turn it green… I think I’ve made it to yellow so far.
I’ve fallen in love with growing things and doing my best to keep my little garden alive. Lately, I’ve been growing fruits and veggies—like strawberries from seeds I’ve saved after picking them at local farms—and it’s quickly become my newest obsession.
i absolutely love to host parties
Anyone who knows me knows I’m an ‘all are welcome’ kind of gal. Give me any excuse to make a cute invitation, spend a little too much money, decorate everything, and bring people together—I’m all in.
I even host monthly craft parties for my boys and all their friends, and it’s become one of my favorite ways to create a little magic and connection in our everyday.
i don't have a favorite movie
I know it might sound crazy, but I truly love too many movies to pick just one… but they’re all Disney. Spirit, Brother Bear, The Lion King, and How to Train Your Dragon are probably at the top of my list.
water is my happy place
Give me water—ocean, lake, or even a quiet little creek—and I instantly feel like myself again. It’s my instant reset button. I love knee-boarding, swimming, finding rocks and shells, catching critters, or just relaxing and letting the sounds of the water wash over me. Being near water always makes everything feel a little brighter, a little easier, and just… right.
