Join us for an unforgettable luxury wedding styled shoot hosted by Simply Martin Events and Aliya Kay Photography at The Venue at Wildflower Hill.


Designed for photographers looking to elevate their portfolio and attract their dream clients, this experience has been thoughtfully curated to feel like a real wedding day from beginning to end. Rather than photographing a few styled elements, you'll step into a fully designed wedding experience filled with intentional details, genuine moments, and beautiful storytelling opportunities.


Set against the stunning backdrop of The Venue at Wildflower Hill, this shoot blends timeless romance with modern editorial design. From emotional couple portraits to beautifully styled wedding details, every element has been carefully chosen to help you create a gallery that feels elevated, cohesive, and true to the luxury wedding experience.


This experience will feature:

  • A professionally styled model couple
  • Three luxury reception table designs
  • Ceremony setup with seating
  • Premium floral installations and bouquets
  • Wedding cake display
  • Champagne tower
  • Custom stationery 
  • Bridal and groom details
  • A full team of experienced wedding vendors collaborating to bring the vision to life


To create a relaxed and productive environment, attendance is limited to just 8 photographers. Participants will be divided into two small groups, giving everyone plenty of space to shoot, create, and capture intentional imagery without feeling crowded or rushed.


***All participants will arrive at 3:00 PM and shoot from 3:00 PM–5:30 PM.***


The Experience

The shoot will feature two curated editorial stations designed to provide a diverse, luxury wedding gallery experience.


Editorial Station 1: The Love Story

Capture authentic connection, movement, and emotion through guided couple portraits, romantic interactions, ceremony moments, and editorial-inspired imagery. This station is designed to create the type of storytelling images that luxury couples are drawn to—timeless, emotional, and artfully composed.


Editorial Station 2: The Wedding Details

Photograph an elevated collection of wedding details including designer-inspired tablescapes, florals, stationery, bridal accessories, reception styling, and thoughtfully layered heirloom elements. Every detail will be professionally styled to reflect the level of design found at luxury wedding celebrations.


Groups will rotate halfway through the event, ensuring every photographer receives dedicated access to both portrait and detail-focused content. Over the course of two hours, you'll leave with a gallery filled with diverse imagery showcasing the full story of a beautifully designed wedding day.


Participants will enjoy two hours of guided shooting time , carefully structured to maximize access to both editorial portraits and luxury wedding details. Following the guided rotations, there will be an additional 30 minutes for creative freedom and final images, allowing photographers to revisit favorite setups, capture any must-have shots, and create at their own pace.


In total, you'll have approximately 2.5 hours of active shooting time.


Whether you're building your wedding portfolio, refining your brand, or creating content that speaks directly to your ideal clients, this experience is designed to provide meaningful portfolio images, valuable vendor connections, and an inspiring creative environment where you can do your best work.


This shoot is rain or shine. Texas weather can be unpredictable and may include sunshine, wind, overcast skies, or passing showers. These natural conditions are part of the experience and often contribute to the romantic, editorial atmosphere that makes wedding imagery feel authentic and timeless.

FAQ

Are refunds available?

Due to the planning, venue reservations, and vendor commitments involved, all payments are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another photographer with prior approval from the hosts.

Will there be one-on-one shooting opportunities?

Because this is a shared styled shoot experience, photographers will shoot alongside other attendees. The small group format is intentionally designed to provide ample space, creative freedom, and a more personalized experience than larger workshop environments.

Can I use the images in my portfolio and on social media?

Absolutely! Images may be used for portfolio building, website content, social media, blog posts, publication, and marketing materials. All participating vendors must be properly credited.

Will vendor information be provided?

Yes. A complete vendor guide will be sent following the event so you can easily credit and connect with the creative team behind the shoot.

What should I bring?

Please bring your camera equipment, charged batteries, memory cards, and any lenses you'd like to use. Also, if you have any detail items you would bring for any detail shots.

Can I bring a second shooter or assistant?

Because attendance is intentionally limited to create a comfortable and elevated experience for all participants, each person attending the styled shoot must have their own purchased ticket. If your second shooter or assistant would like to attend, they are welcome to reserve a spot separately if space is available.
